One of the joys of summer is going to the sea with the family, but if we get bored of the sea waves or it’s too dangerous to venture into the sea on certain days, then it’s time to head to a nearby water park. Suntago Water World in Wręcza, Poland
The Suntago amusement and recreation park in Poland is located about 50 km from the capital Warsaw, in the small town of Wręcza. The complex is the largest indoor water park in Europe. In addition to the water park, it has wellness and spa centres, saunas, restaurants, bars and even its own hotel, Suntago Village, consisting of modern and comfortable bungalows.
The water park area is divided into themed zones. There is literally everything for a great family holiday – a variety of slides for children and adults, as well as several types of pools, including a thermal one. Thermas dos Laranjais has over 55 attractions. These include 30-metre slides, surfing facilities, swimming pools, rivers, a dedicated children’s area and many other ways for families to have fun. The Brazilian water park averages around 2 million visitors a year. The price of a ticket is R$160 for an adult, children between 1-6 years old are charged R$30 (Brazilian real).
Caribbean Bay, Seoul, South Korea
Caribbean Bay is a popular water park in Asia, attracting millions of visitors annually. This water park has both indoor and outdoor parts and is located in Yonqin, Seoul. It first opened in 1996 and is part of Everland, South Korea’s largest theme park. Multiple water attractions include pools, water slides, spa, sauna and a wave pool.
